Ben Torrella, PE, SE has over 35 years of engineering experience including military projects handles most of the project management general operations. Eric Monzon, Ph.D., P.E., S.E. is a partner and our lead structural engineer, Bridge Engineer, Professor at CSUS for Undergraduate and Graduate courses in Structural Engineering, serves as a member of the structural engineering committee of National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). Lio Siazon, PE, has 20+ years of experience, leads development design, civil design, hydrology and hydraulics. Our MEP team is led by Arnell Arches, PE / Electrical Engineer and Rade Keckman, PE /Mechanical Engineer.
